1-Car Flake Garage Floor in Oakville
A single-car garage in Oakville we coated in August 2024: the slab diamond-ground with dust extraction, then a grey full-flake floor from wall to wall.

The problem
Bare concrete with oil and tire stains, and a dusty surface that tracked into the house.
What we did
We cleared the garage, diamond-ground the whole slab with a dust extractor running so the coating could bond into the concrete, then put down a full broadcast of grey flake and sealed it.

The result
A grey flake floor that runs right to the walls, hides dirt and wipes clean. One of the first garages we did.
