Full-Flake Garage Floor in Oakville
We installed a full-flake epoxy floor in an Oakville garage in August 2026. The system uses a pigmented base coat, broadcast flakes and a polyaspartic top coat.

The problem
The garage slab showed patches, oil stains and surface wear. The concrete had the typical marks left from years of use. We diamond ground the surface to prepare it.
What we did
We diamond ground the slab. We filled any cracks and pits. We applied a pigmented base coat then broadcast full flakes. We finished with a polyaspartic top coat.
The result
The garage now has a durable full-flake floor. It stands up to vehicle traffic, oil and salt. The surface is easy to keep clean.
