Schist Flake Garage Floor in Innisfil
We installed a Schist flake epoxy floor in an 830 sq ft garage in Innisfil. The system features a pigmented base coat, full flake broadcast and polyaspartic top coat.

The problem
The garage slab was bare concrete. It showed grinding marks from previous prep, minor oil stains and surface residue.
What we did
We diamond ground the slab. We filled any cracks and pits. Next we applied a pigmented base coat followed by a full Schist flake broadcast. We finished with a polyaspartic top coat.
The result
The finished garage floor has a durable Schist flake finish. The blend gives even coverage and a clean look. The polyaspartic top coat provides good wear resistance for daily use.
