The problem
The slab in this Keswick garage had extensive cracking, dark oil stains, pitting, and patches of old coating or residue. The bare concrete looked worn and uneven.
What we did
We diamond ground the slab. We filled the cracks and pits. We applied a pigmented base coat and broadcast the Pumice flake blend. We finished with a polyaspartic top coat.

The finished garage floor now has a durable Pumice flake surface. It resists oil and stains and cleans up easily. The homeowner has a clean, low-maintenance floor.
