Cabin Fever Flake Basement Floor in Toronto

The problem
The slab had extensive dark brown and black stains. Cracks and surface damage were visible across the concrete from prior use and spills.
What we did
We diamond ground the slab. We filled the cracks and pits. We applied a pigmented base coat followed by a full Cabin Fever flake broadcast. We finished with a polyaspartic top coat.

The result
The finished basement floor now has a durable Cabin Fever flake finish. The blend gives even coverage and a clean look across the 450 sq ft space. The surface is sealed and ready for regular use.
