An 8,000 sq ft commercial space in Burlington we worked on in April 2026: cracks and joints repaired, the slab diamond-ground with dust extraction, then polished to a high gloss.

The problem

The slab came to us dusty and tired, with cracks and saw-cut joints running across the whole space and bare concrete that shed dust onto everything.

What we did

We repaired the cracks and joints first. Then the whole floor was diamond-ground with planetary grinders hooked up to dust extractors, moving through finer and finer diamonds. Along the walls the edges were done by hand with an edge grinder, so the finish runs right to the wall.

The result

A polished floor with a high gloss that reflects the ceiling lights from one end of the space to the other. There's no coating on top that can peel, and it's easy to keep clean.
